Kancan jeans, defective

Very dissatisfied with this company!
Bought these needing them for a Christmas party. Showed up with a sewing defect. Couldn’t return and get another pair back in time for party. Talked to Kancan company and they said the best they could do was 10% off on next pair purchased. Had to take them to a seamstress to fix them so I could wear them in time. 10% back won’t cover the cost to have them fixed.
Disappointed in this transaction, needless to say I won’t even use the 10% off, as I can find better deals on these jeans elsewhere. Here I come Ebay!
