RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

**If you have made a purchase from Nordstrom, please refer to Nordstrom for directions. We cannot process returns or refunds for Nordstrom directly.**
We accept returns on items purchased from kancanusa.com within 30 days of the date your order was received.
- Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense within 30 days of receiving the order.
- If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at help@kancanusa.com to request a pre-paid return label. (Please provide a photo proof of the defect.)
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
- You will receive an RMA number after you complete the online return request.
- Once we approve your return or exchange request, please include your Order number and RMA number with the items you are returning. Send them to:

Vernon, CA 90058. - Remember to keep the tracking number and receipt for your records. We cannot assist you further if you are unable to provide this information.
- After your return arrives at our warehouse, we will strive to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow 3-5 business days for processing due to high volume.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is processed, you will receive your refund either back to your original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. This timeframe includes the time needed to receive your package and process your refund.
- Keep in mind that refunds may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between financial institutions.

All refunds will be issued under the account name KLOSET BY KC.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit returns are offered to U.S. based customers ONLY.
- Store credits may be used at kancanusa.com ONLY.
- If items bought with store credit are returned, the amount refunded will be posted back to your ORIGINAL store credit code.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Kancan USA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Kancan USA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Kancan USA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
