**If you have made a purchase from Nordstrom, please refer to for Nordstrom.com directions. We cannot process returns or refunds for Nordstrom directly.**
Kancan USA accepts returns and exchanges for online orders within 15 days of delivery date.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels intact. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered in any way.
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at help@kancanusa.com for a pre-paid return label. (the proof of photo of defect is required)
Only merchandise purchased from kancanusa.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Kancan USA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.
- Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
- Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted
Returns for refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee for 1-2 items and a $15 return label fee for 3 or more items. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount during processing.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. This credit is provided in the form of a digital gift card for use at kancanusa.com, and it does not have an expiration date. The $10 or $15 return label fee will be waived for returns made for store credit or exchanges.
Store credit will be sent automatically via email once the original merchandise is received at our warehouse.
RETURN PROCESS
- One you complete the online return, you will receive a RMA number.
- Once we approve your return/exchange requests, be sure to include your Order number and RMA number along with your items and send it to KANCAN RETAIL RETURN 3480 E 26TH ST. VERNON CA 90058.
- Please remember to keep tracking number and the receipt for your record. We are unable to assist you further if you can't provide that information.
- Once your return arrives to our warehouse, we will try to process the refund as fast as we can but please allow 3-5 business days due to a high volume.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment or store credit as you have requested.
- Returns may take 1 to 2 weeks to process which includes the time it takes to receive your package and process your refund.
- Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to post back to accounts due to varied processing times between financial institutions.
- All refunds will be posted under the account name KLOSET BY KC.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit returns are offered to U.S. based customers ONLY.
- Store credits may be used at kancanusa.com ONLY.
- If items bought with store credit are returned, amount refunded will post back to your ORIGINAL store credit code.
