RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kancan USA, we want to make your return or exchange process as seamless and straightforward as possible!

Please note, if you made your purchase from Nordstrom, we kindly ask you to visit Nordstrom.com for specific return instructions, as we are unable to assist with returns or refunds directly associated with their orders.

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for online orders within 30 days from the delivery date. To ensure a smooth process, please keep in mind that all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

 

It's worth noting that we can only process returns for purchases made directly through kancanusa.com. If you bought your items from another specialty store or department store, please return them directly to the place of purchase.

 

To maintain our quality standards, Kancan USA reserves the right to evaluate returned merchandise to determine if any issues are a result of manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear. Please keep in mind that wear-related issues like discoloration, tears, or fabric deterioration won't be classified as defective. Additionally, items returned with traces of deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains will not be accepted.


 

RETURN PROCESS

Once you've completed the online return process, you'll see a confirmation page. We kindly ask you to print this confirmation page and include it with your shipment to the following address:

Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will work diligently to process your return as quickly as possible; however, please allow 3-5 business days for processing due to high volume.


 

REFUNDS

As soon as your return is processed, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your choice. Keep in mind, returns can take upto 1 to week to fully process, which includes the time required to receive your package and finalize your refund.

Additionally, please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, as processing times may vary between financial institutions. All refunds will appear under the account name **KLOSET BY KC**.

 

 

STORE CREDIT

Please note, we provide store credit returns only for U.S.-based customers. Store credits can be utilized exclusively at kancanusa.com. If you return items purchased with store credit, the amount refunded will return to the original store credit code.

 

 

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Kancan USA reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns based on return history. We want to ensure a fair process for everyone, so we may take action in cases of excessive returns indicative of “ward-robing” or instances involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, as well as any potential fraudulent behavior. Please note that any non-Kancan USA items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
